Why National Institute of Research on Jute and Allied Fibre Technology?

National Institute of Research on Jute and Allied Fiber Technology is a head organization under Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi and devoted to the reason for jute and partnered strands prompting the expanded use and mechanical development. In 1936, the administration of India, on suggestion of the Royal Commission on Agriculture, established the Indian focal jute board. Around the same time the board found a way to set up Jute Technological Research Laboratories (JTRL) in Calcutta. A start was made in May 1938, when a little core research staff of the lab initiated work at the Alipore Test House. JTRL was authoritatively opened on third January 1939, by the Viceroy and Governor General of India, Lord Linlithgow. Mr. C. R. Nodder was designated the primary Director of the organization. With the development of exercises of the organization, the managerial control of the establishment was brought together and headed toward the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi in 1965. During the significant lot of seven decades, the organization has thrived with diverse trains and cut a specialty as a focal point of greatness on research of Jute and Allied Fiber Technology taking into account business people and industry.
