The strength of the college Sir MV Government Science was growing day-by-day and year-by-year. For the growing wants of the case, the management had set to bifurcate the science school from Arts and Commerce. within the year 1986-87, the science section was shifted to a recently engineered majestic building at Bommanakatte, a residential district place of Bhadravathi in concerning ten.5 acres of land. The atmosphere of the new building is incredibly ideal for the institution and is off from the town and free from noises. the humanities and Commerce wings continued to perform within the previous premises.

The field is well expedited by a tar road and possesses a well set out sprawling garden. A fountain in its thick adds to the sweetness of its serene atmosphere. In 1976-77, B.Sc course was introduced beside science optional at the PUC level with Physics, Chemistry, arithmetic, biological science, and biological science because of the science subjects.
