Nadar Mahajana Sangam Kamaraj College of Education is a co-instructive, non minority organization, set up during the schedule year 2006 at Pazhavilai, Nagercoil, by the Philanthropists of Nadar Mahajana Sangam Kamaraj Polytechnic Managing Board. The Government of Tamil Nadu issued the N.O.C in its letter No. 16395/E1/2005–1 (Higher Education Department) dated 04-08-2005 and in this way the school was endorsed by the National Council for Teacher Education No. F.TN/SEC/SRO/NCTE/2005-06/4173, dated 23-11-2005 and associated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai.
