Oriental College of Pharmacy (OCP) was founded in 2004 under the aegis of Oriental Education Society. It is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and is affiliated to the University of Mumbai. Building on its mission and tradition of excellence, the college offers a well developed and modern curriculum based graduate, post- graduate and doctoral studies program in Pharmacy education. The Oriental Education Society was established in the year 1992 under the dynamic leadership of Prof. Javed Khan, a well known educationist and former minister of education of the Government of Maharashtra. The objective of the society is to provide quality education for excellence with fine exposures to practical knowledge of industry and business houses. Prof. Javed Khan strongly regards the fact that the base for all development is education and hence the need for setting up a society for educational activities was initiated. The energy and dynamism of youth today, needs to be channelized into productive pathways. All our institutions aim at identifying and harnessing the potential of youths to the greatest heights in areas that provide a competitive edge into the future job market.

1) Candidates must be Indian citizens.
2) H.S.C. Passed by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (Strd. XII). In Maharashtra, secured at least 45% marks (40% for backward class candidates) in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics combined.
Candidates must have passed the Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an AICTE recognized institution with at least 55% marks (at least 50% marks in case of Backward Class category belonging to Maharashtra only).

1. Candidates wishing to enroll in the first-year course should apply online. Complete forms must be submitted via the College website.
2. Applicants must upload original documents and a recent passport size photo.
3. The admission form recommended by admission committee and approved by the Principal entitles a candidate to deposit the prescribed fee within the stipulated period.
4. Change of subject is allowed only with the permission of the Principal. Change of faculty, i.e. from Science to Arts and vice versa, is permissible only if the candidate has the required percentage of marks as specified for admission to that faculty.
5. College authorities may discontinue a course of study in case adequate number of students are not available in a particular course.
6. Roster for reservation of seats in various categories shall be as per rules of Oriental College of Pharmacy in Mumbai

The Placement Committee of Oriental College of Pharmacy is committed to providing good placements to students. Students receive targeted training in soft skills and personality development. The internship room motivates students and prepares them for interviews and the subsequent workplace. Every year, the Internship Center prepares a database of students for immediate distribution to pharmaceutical companies. As per the regulations of Mumbai University, students undergo in-house training for one month in various pharmaceutical organizations. This training will help students understand pharmaceutical operations, modern equipment, and latest trends in the pharmaceutical field. Through the dedicated efforts of the management, principal, and staff, Oriental Pharmaceutical University provides a holistic environment for the overall growth of students.

OCP's Oriental College of Pharmacy (OCP), Navi Mumbai features diffused lighting, walls and ceilings designed to achieve the best acoustic balance. These classrooms are equipped with LCD projection systems. Each lecture room is equipped with a blackboard and has comfortable seating capacity for 60 students per class. Classrooms are equipped with the latest audiovisual materials to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
Laboratories
Oriental College of Pharmacy (OCP), Navi Mumbai is equipped with some of the most sophisticated and technologically advanced laboratories to provide world-class practical training to its students . The laboratory is specially equipped with excellent equipment to meet the requirements of P.C.I. And to meet A.I.C.T.E.
